Change or cancel a booking
Start with who you booked with.
Booked through Tripnorm and continued to a partner
Today every booking is completed with a booking partner (for example Booking.com). Tripnorm does not hold the contract itself. The partner’s booking confirmation, not Tripnorm, shows whether a change or cancellation is possible, which terms apply and which amount can be refunded.
Booked with a partner
Use the booking confirmation you received from the partner. It shows the correct reference number and contact route for changes and payment questions. Tripnorm cannot change or cancel a booking made with another party.
Waiting for money?
A cancellation and a completed refund are two different steps. Tripnorm’s price watch tracks the price of a prepared booking. It does not follow the status of an ongoing refund. That information is available only from the partner or hotel.
